Hong Kong: Say, Is That A Neon Santa On That Building?
So release that bated breath! Here it is at last, a sliver of a view into my Hong Kong trip. iWeb shrank down a gargantuan 2 gig file to something around 14 megs, so you may have to be a bit patient. Or instead, you can bank those three and a half minutes and actually do something useful with your life like mail me a letter, bake me some delectable cookies or, if you’re cheap, wave some good-natured karma in my direction.
Hong Kong was wonderful. I’d like to get back there again at some point. It’s a nice little mixture of east and west that I quite enjoy.
That, and I’m going to need a Mexican food fix again in the near future. Fake quesadillas made from floppy, thin crepes and one slice of kraft pre-cut packaged cheese just won’t cut it. Plus people there speak a good bit of English making me feel more at home. For a week I was no longer the quavering town idiot with the vocabulary level of a fetus.
Savor the non sequiturs, delight in the random, badly filmed movie clips (maybe my dopamine levels are out of whack) that come in no logical sequence and bask in the neon holiday skyline complete with waving holiday Santa that is, Hong Kong.
