THE POWER OF CLEARY COMPELS YOU, THE POWER OF CLEARY COMPELS YOU
So for all you silent, lurking, somewhat stalkerish readers out there, I have a request. I have entered a piece of writing into a little travel writing contest online. Nothing too snazzy, but with a few clicks ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS (!!!!1111) can be all mine.
Okay, so that won’t even be enough to get me OFF this bloody island, but hey, it’d still be nice. The contest is judged by ‘diggs,’ as in clicks, from outsiders viewers and readers. And for you, Dearest of Dear Readers, I have even saved you the mundane trouble of READING anything extra as, assuming you pop into my blog every so often, or have read Ehime’s glorious magazine ‘The Mikan’, you have already read this little piece. See how considerate I am?
So please click on by. And if you happen to think that someone else’s story is better, well, click that little X button up in the left (mac users) or right (woe-begotten pcers) before your finger misleads you to vote for them.
THE POWER OF CLEARY COMPELS YOU. THE POWER OF CLEARY COMPELS YOU… to vote… for me… that is.
And since I am off to the yukimatsuri (snow festival) in Hokkaido for a bit, this shameless plea will have to do for a while. Back with tales of ice, snow, frostbitten extremities and many more people chanting ’saimui saimui saimui’ in a neverending loop.
